Abstract
The aim of this diploma is design of shopping center services. In this diploma were used methods of marketing research, especially questioning and focus group. The aim of the questioning was to analyze customer satisfaction of entertainment and shopping center Forum Nová Karolina. The aim of the focus group was to identify customer satisfaction in terms of employees from selected shops of shopping centre Forum Nová Karolina. At the end of diploma are designed recommendations, which should improve actual services and make shopping more comfortable.
