Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the Evaluation of the Change of Salaries in a Company. Its primary objective is to evaluate the impact of changes on employee satisfaction, which occurred in the selected company, namely Tool Division. This thesis is divided into two sections: theoretical-methodological and practical. In the first section, there were approached human resource management, change management, work performance and remuneration. The practical section contains the description of the company and a great deal of attention is given to the description of both the original and current systems of wage setting. Selected methods, (i.e through questionnaires and interview) was analyzed objective of this thesis. The result of this thesis is the presentation of suggestions and recommendations based on observed data. These proposals relate to participating in the training change management, adjustment of fixed and variable components, and encouraging increased direct communication with an emphasis on dialogue between management and employees.
