Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with structural design of four-wheel car chassis that is used for testing of control algorithms. In the introduction of the thesis is information about service robots, which use four-wheel car chassis, for better idea about construction and purchase price. Furthermore there are designed and constructed four variations of chassis in the Creo Parametric system. The optimal variation is chosen by using value analysis, which is elaborated in details and put to test by checking calculations. In the thesis are also depicted used components, included both chassis and 3D graphic model supplemented with 2D drawing.
