Měření teplotních cyklů svarových spojů oceli P92

Abstract

My master thesis deals with thermal cycles measurement of P92 welded joints. An important part of the my master thesis is a description of P92 steel microstructure, phases emerging by heat treatment and characteristic of additive elements, which make the properties of steel better. Further in my master thesis I described the steel corrosion resistance and the weldability. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I wrote about the creep mechanism and I gave the information about the thermal cycles of P92. In the experimental part of my master thesis the determination of the thermal cycles made by manual metal arc welding and TIG welding was made. In the last chapter of the experimental part the parametres used for the simulation of various zones TOO were suggested.
