Analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti Rybárik, s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in selected companies. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, containing the definition of the basic issues of staff, further analysis of the characteristics and practical. In this section we analyze the current state of pay in a particular company and interviews collected by the most serious problems related to this issue, namely the area of employee benefits and changes in the incentive system. Under the proposals, and recommendations are then solved these problems and proposes possible alternatives to address them.
