Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve Vzdělávacím centru Populo Olomouc

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to assess of the Employees' Training and Development System in Populo Olomouc Training Centre. The bachelor thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on employee training and development based on professional publications. In the practical part, the company Škola Populo, its organizational structure and the current system of employee training and development will be presented. Subsequently, the current training system will be analysed, including an evaluation and summary of the questionnaire. Finally, recommendations for its improvement will be proposed.
