Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the production of the shaped area of the component and the design of a more efficient technological solution of the component. In the introduction, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the existing production technology and describes its advantages and disadvantages. In the next part, three options for possible production efficiency are proposed and their theoretical analysis is presented. This is followed by proposed experiments to compare the theoretical designs with real results, where some shortcomings were found and further optimization was recommended. Finally, the different variants were economically evaluated, where all variants managed to achieve lower production costs and an optimal procedure for the introduction of this production technology was proposed.
