Optimalizace zakládání modelového nosiče na formovací lince HSP 3D

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je nahradit jeřábové zakládání modelového nosiče do formovacího stroje za mechanismus, který by proces sestavení přípravku a stroje urychlil. Práce se tedy zabývá návrhem a konstrukčním řešením tohoto mechanismu. V úvodu seznamuji se současnými stavy a účely jednotlivých zařízení, které jsou vstupem pro následnou konstrukci. Zmiňuji variantní řešení a výběr nejvhodnějšího dále popisuji. Nejvíce namáhané komponenty jsou kontrolované pevnostními výpočty nebo analýzou MKP. V závěru hodnotím vlastní návrh práce.

The aim of the thesis is the replacement pattern by crane establishment media into a molding machine for a mechanism that would build process of a machine to speed up. The thesis deals with the design and construction design of the mechanism. The introduction contains current status and the purpose of each device as an input to subsequent construction. I mention alternative solutions and subsequently I describe selection the most appropriate one. Some of the components are accompanied by strength calculations or FEM analysis. At the end I evaluate the own work proposal.
