Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce na téma „Podnikatelský záměr“ je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro založení firmy Elektro&Light s.r.o., která bude zaměřena na prodej a poskytování služeb v oblasti osvětlovací techniky.

V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní ekonomické pojmy související s podnikatelskou činností. Důraz je kladen na strukturu a cíle podnikatelského záměru. Následně jsou objasněny metody a analýzy potřebné pro návrh podnikatelského záměru a popsány zdroje finanční analýzy. V další části je představena firma Elektro&Light s.r.o. uvedením základních údajů a cílů firmy. Aplikační část se zabývá samotným zpracováním podnikatelského záměru a provedením jednotlivých analýz. Konkrétně je použita PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýza a marketingový mix. Součástí této diplomové práce je také provedení a zpracování marketingového výzkumu.

Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou zformulovány konkrétní návrhy a doporučení. Pro nastínění předpokládané finanční situace je sestaven finanční plán. Výsledkem diplomové práce je posouzení realizovatelnosti daného podnikatelského záměru.

The aim of this dissertation called ‘The Business Plan’ is to produce a business plan for Elektro&Light Ltd. The company will be providing goods and services in the field of lighting technology.

The theoretical part explains basic economic and business jargon and concentrates on the structure and the aims of the business plan. Furthermore it explains the methods and analysis that are needed for the business plan draft together with the description of the financial analysis sources. The next part introduces Eletro&Light Ltd, its basic data and aims. The practical part deals with the producing of the business plan and with the analysis. In this particular case the PEST analysis, The Porter’s model of five competition forces and the SWOT analysis and marketing mix were used. This dissertation also includes the details of carrying out and the processing of the marketing survey.

The outcome of the survey has been used to produce a list of suggestions and recommendations. There is a financial plan that outlines the predicted financial situation. The dissertation results in an assessment of the realisation of this business plan.
