Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing research of costumer satisfaction with the products of the given company. Based on personal poll, customer satisfaction is determined. Bachelor thesis is dividend into two parts. The first, theoretical part introduces us to the theory of marketing and marketing research. In the second, practical part is already the marketing research itself with a graphic representation. Follow up on suggestions and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
