Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis are the specifics of recruitment from internal sources in an industrial company. The first part is about personnel work and it’s job within an organisation. Following part attends to the process of employee recruitment. The next chapter is about sources of candidates, which are classified into internal and external. At the close, this thesis deals with the selection of employees itself, it’s criteria, phases and methods.
