Abstract
The topic of this thesis is the human resources and remuneration in the selected company, the company's Raiffeisenbank
The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part explains the theory and concepts that are the subject of this work. The second part deals with factual data, Raiffeisenbank, the system of recruitment, educational system and the principles of remuneration in the company. Also, there are my proposed solutions to improve the work at our branches.
