Úprava pohonu sušicí pece za účelem zabránění šíření trhlin

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou pohonu sušící pece za účelem zabránění šíření trhlin. V úvodu práce popisuje problémy ohledně konstrukčních vrubů, vzniku a šíření trhlin a základní informace o únavě materiálu. V hlavní části se práce zabývá tvorbou CAD modelu dané sušicí pece a její úpravou pro použití metody konečných prvků ve výpočetním softwaru ANSYS Workbench 15.0. Závěr práce se pak věnuje úpravám součásti pece, na které se objevuje kritické místo. Na dvou z těchto úprav jsou provedeny výpočty a je zde srovnání poklesu napětí v kritickém místě při využití dané úpravy.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with adjustment of the kilns propultion in order to eliminate the cracks. The introduction describes issues of construction notches, origin and spreading of the cracks and basic information on weariness of material. In the main part the thesis is concerned with tha making of CAD model of said kiln and its alterations for use of metod of final elements in computing software ANSYS Workbench 15.0. The conclusion is dedicated to modifications to component of the kiln, on which the critical part is discovered. On two of these adjustments are conducted calculations and there is also comparison of decrese of stress in the critical point in case of application of given modification.
