Inovování částí procesu vstupního školení zaměstnanců ve vybraném hypermarketu

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem inovativních postupů v rámci procesu vstupního školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany zaměstnanců ve vybraném hypermarketu. Práce rozebírá právní a ostatní předpisy k zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vztahu k problematice školení. Posuzuje současný stav procesu školení zvoleného hypermarketu s využitím dotazníkového šetření, na základě kterého je vytvořen návrh nových postupů konkrétního vstupního školení. Návrh je doplněn o podpůrný materiál vstupního školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany.

The work deals with the design of innovative procedures within the process of initial training of occupational health and safety and fire protection of employees in a selected hypermarket. The work analyzes legal and other regulations to ensure safety and health protection at work in relation to the issue of training. It assesses the current state of the training process of the selected hypermarket using a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which a proposal for new procedures for specific entry training is created. The proposal is supplemented by supporting material for the initial training on health and safety at work and fire protection.
