This thesis focuses on designing a front wing for the Formula Student race car of the team Formula TU Ostrava. The main goal was to come up with a shape of front wing that would comply with the Formula Student competition rules with manufacturability and the space available taken into account. This thesis includes an introduction into the theory of race car aerodynamics and the process of designing the wing. Ansys Fluent was used for the CFD simulations of the airflow around the front wing.
