Analýza technických parametrů a technická diagnostika pecí pro tlakové lití

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá termodiagnostikou a analýzou pecí pro tlakové lití. V první části práce je rozdělení pecí dle tvaru, paliva a činnosti. V další části je popsáno tavení hliníku a pece vhodné pro tavení hliníku a také pece udržovací. V třetí části je popsána termografie a způsoby měření. Ve čtvrté části je popsáno měření v praxi a vyhodnocení naměřených veličin.V páté části je ekonomické porovnání plynové a elektrické pece. A v poslední části jsou návrhy vhodných alternativ za stávající elektrickou pec, neplnící již nároky podniku.

This thesis deals with thermodiagnostics and analysis of furnaces for pressure casting. The first part is the division according to the shape of furnace, fuel and activities. The next section describes aluminum smelting and aluminum smelting furnace suitable for melting aluminumand furnace maintenance. In the third section are described the methods of measurement and thermography. The fourth section describes the measurementand evaluation in practice measured quantities.In the fifth part is an economic comparison of gas and electric ovens. And in the last part of the proposals are suitable alternatives to the existing electric furnace, the company claims has already defaulting.
