Abstract

Subject of bachelor thesis is improvement of manufacturing technology implementation process in company CBA. Even if current company standard (procedure) is very detailed, it is not giving an impression what and when technology engineer in CBA should do. One of the proposals is new handbook that joins the current procedure and helps people to better understand whole process of technology preparation. There were also prepared several proposals in field of process management. Gained experience will be applied and verified directly in CBA.
