Abstract

The present work deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction Linde Gas a.s. This is an assessment of products and services of the company in terms of customers. First, I deal with a theoretical part where I explain the basic concepts of marketing. The following is a description of the selected company Linde Gas as, after a survey was conducted, evaluated, and finally drafted recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
