Optimalizace skladování ve firmě J.P. PLAST

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zlepšením skladování ve firmě J.P. Plast s.r.o. V úvodu práce se zabývám historií firmy a významnými body v jejím vývoji. Dále pokračuji logistikou a skladováním obecně. Snažím se analyzovat současný stav skladování, logistiky a výroby ve firmě. V práci si všímám vlivů působících na skladování a objem výroby a snažím se všechny tyto vlivy zahrnout do řešení. Zabývám se výrobními dávkami jednotlivých výrobků a snažím se racionalizovat jejich umístění ve skladu hotových výrobků. Vhodnou volbou skladovacích zón se snažím dosáhnout optimálního využití skladu a minimalizace dopravních časů mezi výrobou a skladem. Závěrem hodnotím možná řešení optimalizace.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with improvement of storage in J.P. Plast, s.r.o company. In the introduction there is described history of the company and its development highlights. Further there are solved logistics and storage in general. It is aimed to analyze contemporary situation of storage, logistics and manufacturing in the enterprise. In the thesis there is paid attention to the effects impacting on the storage and the output and there is aim to include all the effects into the solution. In addition the thesis is concerned with manufacturing batches of individual products and with rationalizing their placing in the final products storage place as well. By suitable choice of storage zones it is aimed to attain optimal storage utilization and minimisation of delivery time between the manufacture and the storage. Finally there are evaluated prospective optimising solutions.
