Volba vhodných brusných kotoučů pro bezhroté broušení

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na volbu vhodných brusných kotoučů pro bezhroté broušení, kde byly testovány různé druhy brusných kotoučů od různých dodavatelů, aby na řezné hraně VBD RCGS, nedocházelo ke vzniku vydrolenin a defektů. V teoretické části je představena firma, ve které byl experiment prováděn. Dále je popsána specifikace broušení. V experimentální části je návrh vhodných nástrojů spolu s diskusí experimentu. Následuje technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení.

The Master Thesis is focused on Selection of Appropriate Grinding Wheels for Centerless Grinding. Where were tested different kinds of grinding wheels from different suppliers, so that the cutting edge of the Cutting Indexable Insert RCGS avoid the occurrence of defects and Chipping. In the theoretical part is the short introduction of the company where the experiment was made. Further is described the grinding process. In the experimental part is the proposal of suitable tools along with a discussion of the experiment. The following is a techno-economic evaluation.
