Abstract

The bachelor's thesis was carried out in the company ZLKL, s. r. o. Its focus is on an analysis of the process of a machined product and subsequently the improvement of the given processes in terms of quality. Initially, an analysis is carried out across all projects of a given company division, from which a group of four type components is established. In the first half of the work, the entire process was analyzed according to the complete material flow from receipt to dispatch and evaluation of weak points. Proposals for solutions are linked to these weak points, and a financial and numerical evaluation for the decline of non-conformity parts was created. The assessment shows that the implemented actions led to process improvement.
