Abstract

Dissertation deals with risk analysis of critical assets (shopping centers) and similar buildings. Work describes in detail the way of obtaining necessary information from statistics, use of the non-standard information sources and the state of the art approach to the identification, evaluation and legal framework for risk analysis using a combination of several methods of risk analysis. PhD thesis addresses a new perspective on important buildings and their risks. This thesis aims to design a comprehensive risk analysis methodology, through multidisciplinary apprach to the risk analysis.
