dc.description.abstractDisertační práce se zabývá problematikou analýzou rizik významných budov (obchodních center) a budov obdobného charakteru. Práce podrobně charakterizuje cestu získávání potřebných informací, práci se statistikou, vyuţití nestandardních zdrojů informací a dosavadní přístup k identifikaci, legislativní rámec a hodnocení analýzy rizik při vyuţití kombinací několika metod analýzy rizika. Disertační práce řeší nový pohled na významné budovy a jejich rizika. Cílem práce je návrh komplexní metodiky analýzy rizik, skrze multioborový pohled na riziko jako takové.cs
dc.description.abstractDissertation deals with risk analysis of critical assets (shopping centers) and similar buildings. Work describes in detail the way of obtaining necessary information from statistics, use of the non-standard information sources and the state of the art approach to the identification, evaluation and legal framework for risk analysis using a combination of several methods of risk analysis. PhD thesis addresses a new perspective on important buildings and their risks. This thesis aims to design a comprehensive risk analysis methodology, through multidisciplinary apprach to the risk analysis.en
