Konstrukční realizace designového návrhu karoserie

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je konstrukční realizace designového návrhu karoserie automobilu, který je vyvíjen v rámci projektu StudentCar na Vysoké škole báňské v Ostravě. Práci lze rozdělit na několik hlavních částí. První část se zabývá seznámením s projektem StudentCar a teoretickým úvodem do problematiky karoserií, materiálů pro prototypovou výrobu a technologií výroby. Praktická část je nejdříve věnovaná zpracováním vstupních dat a vlastní realizací konstrukčního návrhu jednotlivých dílů karoserie. Další část se zabývá simulací a výpočty navržených dílů a následného zpracovaní výrobní dokumentace pro výrobu karoserie.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to implement a design of car bodywork, which has been being developed within the StudentCar project at the VŠB–Technical University of Ostrava. The thesis can be divided into several main parts. The first part introduces the StudentCar project and contains a theoretical introduction to the issue of bodyworks, materials for prototype manufacture and technology of the manufacture. The practical part deals with the processing of the input data and the implementation of the structural design of individual parts of bodywork. The second part deals with the simulation and calculations of designed parts, followed by the drawing up of manufacturing documents for the manufacture of the bodywork.
