Racionalizace pracoviště pro montáž šroubových spojů

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o možnostech racionalizace zvoleného pracoviště týkajícího se montáže šroubových spojů. Pomocí uvedených zdrojů a poskytnutých materiálů je provedena rešerše vztahující se k uplatnění principů průmyslu 4.0 v montáži. Vyskytuje se zde návrh několika možností racionalizace zvoleného pracoviště. Výměna staršího modelu šroubovacího zařízení zefektivní výrobu a sníží náklady na výrobu. Za předpokladu správného použití moderních technologií a využití jejich principů vedou tyto kroky k zhodnocení investic a následnému zisku.

This master thesis deals with the possibilities of rationalization of the selected workplace regarding the assembly of screw connections. With the help of the mentioned sources and provided materials, a research is performed concerning the application of the principles of industry 4.0 in assembly. There is a proposal of several options for rationalization of the selected workplace. Replacing the old model of screwdriving device makes production more efficient and reduces production costs. Assuming the correct use of modern technologies and the use of its principles, these steps lead to the return on investments and subsequent profits.
