Prevence krizí vybraného podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na krizový profil organizace společnosti Liftcomp a.s. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou popsány základní teoretická východiska týkající se krize, jejího vzniku a fází průběhu. Dále je zde vysvětlen pojem krizového řízení a metody analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku podniku, jeho historii, organizační strukturu firmy a popis hlavních činností podnikání. V praktické části jsou vytvořeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy. Pro analýzy je použit Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, PEST analýza, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Na základě těchto analýz jsou identifikována krizová ohniska podniku, která mohou firmu ohrozit. Dále jsou pro tato krizová ohniska zpracovány krizové plány a scénáře. Na závěr jsou sepsána doporučení pro zvládnutí krize.

The Diploma thesis is focused on the crisis organization profile for company Liftcomp a.s. It is divided into three parts. The first section describes the basic theoretical background of the crisis, its origin and phases of progress. There is explained the concept of crisis management and analysis of internal and external environment of the company. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the company, its history, organizational structure of the company and a description of business activities. In the practical part are created analyzes of the external and internal environment of the company. For the analysis is used Porter's five forces model, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. On the basis of these analyzes are identified crisis outbreaks, which may endanger the company. Further there are created emergency outbreak crisis plans and scenarios. In conclusion, recommendations are drawn up to cope with crisis.
