Abstract

This thesis is focused on determination of employee turnover in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze current state of staff turnover in the company and recommendations to improve the current situation. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Knowledge aimed the motivation, satisfaction, efficiency and employee turnover are introduced in theoretical part. The company and its resource management are described in analytical part. To determine the causes of employee turnover in the company questionnaire survey was used. The final part is an evaluation of a questionnaire survey, based on which the recommendations are designed.
