Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of modern method and applications le-ading to a reduction in the energy demand of buildings. The theoretical part describes the circular economy method and the LCA method, which are closely related. Furthermore, the SMART method and its SMART city version, which was essential for the completion of the work, were described. The last topic in the theoretical part was the creation of bio-waste and its potential use. In the practical part of this diploma thesis, the area for which the modern systems will be designed is first presented. Individual buildings are described, their use over time and the composition of the peripheral walls are also determined. Furthermore, calculations were made and systems designed that would be the most effective for the specific area and selected buil-dings from an ecological and economic point of view.
