Návrh zařízení pro testování integrity rukavic

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the design of the device for glove integrity testing. Specifically, the design of the device, for its operation won’t be necessary to have electrical connection and compressed air nearby. The device is made for leak testing of the rubber gloves, which are parts of isolators, which are devices mediating barrier between human and examined, inside inserted object. In the introduction of the bachelor thesis, the given issue is briefly described, and the goals, which must be followed are set. Then the technologies, devices, requirements, and norms related to designed device are described: clean room solutions and isolators. In the part of own solution, the current working principle is described, and two production variants are designed. For the device the suitable components are chosen and about their placement and compatibility is decided. For design of the device the software – Autodesk Inventor 2023 is used. Bachelor thesis is completed with attachment where the drawings of parts and assembly can be found.
