Abstract

Bachelor's thesis describes the design forms for the manufacture of plastic coils. This coil is part of safety belts in vehicles. In one cycle is made two coils. At the beginning of the work are discussed the characteristics of plastic, which of is manufactured coil made. In the main part of work we calculate the thermal collected energy in one cycle through the cooling system inside the forms, the calculation of the beam (for the transfer form) using FEM and analytically metod, the calculation of the ejector on props. Drawing contains entire set of form and manufacturing drawings frame modeled in 3D software, AUTODESK INVENTOR. In that program was also created videos, which are attached on CD.
