Abstract

The Master thesis deals with a design of the deburring equipment for continuous deburring of round and square rods and profiles of different dimensions and lengths. At the beginning, the author mentions several deburring technologies and then some machines which are available on the market are compared. On the basis of these information and using knowledge of the design methodology the suitable design of the deburring equipment is chosen. After that the detail design and optimization of the individual elements including necessary calculations follows. At the end of the thesis the technical description of designed equipment is noted. There are the drawings attached to the thesis.
