Ergonomická optimalizace madla se spínačem

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the ergonomic optimization of a handle with an inappropriately positioned switch. When pressing the switch, it is necessary to use the thumb, which is in an unnatural position when pressing, where there is a risk of injury or work-related illness of the worker. As part of the work, the design was modelled using modelling compound, then scanned with a mobile phone and then printed on a 3D printer using the FDM method. This process was repeated a total of three times. The final result was smoothed in a specialized program and modified in a modeling program. In the course of the work, several ergonomic analyses were created as a corporate AWSlight and international EAWS. The resulting prototype proved satisfactory in all aspects and the ergonomic optimization was successfully implemented. The main key change in the design of the handle was to change the ergonomics and move the switch so that it is pressed with the index finger. This work may be useful to industrial companies seeking to minimise the risk of injury and work-related illness to their workers.
