Implementace projektového řízení v podmínkách letecké údržbové organizace

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is to apply methods of project management into environment of aircraft maintenance organization on maintenance event of Boeing 737NG or Airbus A320. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to theory of project management and principles of management of projects included methods of risk analysis and scientific methods used in project management. The next part is focused on description of chosen aircraft maintenance organization and description of current status of management of orders. Subsequently there is creation of implementation plan of project management from organization chart to methodology of control and management of projects included software support. At the end of this thesis there is economic analysis of project and evaluation of potential of project management in aviation.
