Abstract

Master Thesis deals with the design of Tasting Rig for Worm Gearboxes Company TOS Znojmo series MKT type 63, 75 and 90. At the beginning are described implementation of Worm Gearboxes, description of Gearboxes series MKT and principle which Gearboxes will be tested. At the beginning of the calculation are checked the dimensions of output shaft for Gearboxes, according to the dimensions of Gearboxes hubs. Furthermore, the rope diameter is calculated with which we will pull weights. This Weight is used to draw the Torque of output shaft. Then are calculated the dimensions of the Cable drum and clutch for the Cable drum. Finally, it is checked the service life of the Bearings and performed static and dynamic control of all shafts.
