Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate and determine the causes of staff turnover in selected companies. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the explanation of general concepts, such as turnover, job mobility, human resources and personnel management. The analytical part is analyzed employee turnover for the last three years. There are enumerated turnover rates in various department stores in each year. It also includes a survey of employee satisfaction on the current job, which is a major cause of turnover. For the research was elected questionnaire with different types of questions.
