Pneumaticky ovládané zařízení na vysekávání plochých těsnění

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the pneumatic machine which is responsible for trimming the rubber gaskets of the film. The introduction is made the familiar with the issue of cutting and then deals with pneumatic equipment for cutting out gaskets. In this work are suggested there circuits for the pneumatic cutting out machine. Individual pneumatic components used in pneumatic circuits are specified and property designed. There were also addresses the design of the machine and the machine tools geometry. In the conclusion of the work is dedicated to the work safety and the instruction for the maintenance and also operation of the machine.
