Abstract
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on employer attractiveness for the young generation in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to identify the factors influencing the perception of employer attractiveness and their impact on job choice, as well as to compare selected factors across different generations.
The theoretical part defines the concept of employer attractiveness, characterizes Generation Z, and outlines the individual factors influencing preferences when choosing an employer.
The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey, the results of which were subsequently analyzed and interpreted, including a comparison between generations.
The results indicate that the most significant factors include salary level, job content, and the work team. At the same time, differences between generations were identified—Generation Z places greater emphasis on financial remuneration, while older generations attach more importance to interpersonal relationships in the workplace and organizational stability.
The findings may serve as a basis for employers seeking to enhance their attractiveness to young job applicants.
