Hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku. Cílem této práce je provedení analýz makroprostředí a mikroprostředí podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a definice týkající se podniku a konkurence. Poté jsou popsány metody pro hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku. V praktické části je nejprve představen vybraný podnik. Vnější okolí podniku je popsáno pomocí PEST analýzy a Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil. Vnitřní okolí podniku je analyzováno pomocí analýzy vnitřního okolí podniku a finanční analýzy poměrovými ukazateli. Jako poslední je provedena SWOT analýza, která vychází z poznatků předešlých analýz. V závěru práce se nacházejí návrhy a doporučení jenž směřují k zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku a jeho pozice na trhu.

This bachelor thesis is focused on Evaluation of the Competitiveness of a Manufacturing Company. The aim of this thesis is to carry out the analysis of external and internal business environment. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms and definitions concerning the company and competition. After that are described the methods used for evaluating the competitiveness of the company. In the practical part there is firstly introduced the selected company. The external environment of the company is described using the PEST analysis and Porter five forces analysis. The internal environment of the company is analyzed using the analysis of the internal environment of the company and financial ratios. The last used method is a SWOT analysis, which is based on the of previous analyzes. In conclusion of the thesis are recommendations for increasing business competitiveness and it‘s position on the market.
