Racionalizace procesu výroby plastových komponentů ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of the manufacturing process of plastic components in the engineering company BRANO a.s., division SBU Plastics Zubří. The theoretical part summarizes fundamental knowledge in the field of production management and the rationalization of manufacturing processes, types of production, an overview of improvement methods, equipment maintenance, and enterprise information systems. The practical part first introduces the company’s characteristics and then analyses the factors affecting the manufacturing process and the related deficiencies. Based on the findings, specific measures to improve the manufacturing process are proposed, followed by an overall evaluation of the benefits of the diploma thesis.
