Abstract

This thesis work deals with the constructive proposal for a device, dedicated to manipulation with heavier coils on a production line for MBH hoses. The introduction of the thesis contains a research with an emphasis on explaining the concept of manipulation and its meaning, introducing the permissible hygienic limits for manipulation with burdens during work, and describing hoists. Then follows a presentation of the workplace, which the thesis is being made for. There will be a description not only of its function, but also how the main weakness of the production process of hose appears, a consequence of which is the overload of the worker at the line. After that there’s a constructive proposal for the device itself, which aims to eliminate this problem from the production line. Each of the proposed constructive subassemblies is chosen either based on certain calculations or based on strength tests. The relevant drawing documentation is attached to the work.
