Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of the production process of company ABC focused on the engineering industry. The aim is to increase the performance of two tools currently stored in the press and significantly reduce their failure rate. Within the workplace, I analyzed, recorded any adverse factors affecting the performance of installations, ranking compiled by failure, then appropriate measures designed to increase work efficiency. The result is a solution that is able to increase the efficiency of the device and prevent its failure as much as possible.
