Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the Human Potential of the Regional Public Administration Institution – Regional Authority of the Liberec Region. The aim is to find the ways how the Regional Office approach to the development of human potential of employees, what procedures or methods are used and what conditions are created for development of employees. The theoretical part is devoted to human resource, human capital, human potential and talent management. In addition, this section provides a short overview of the government and development in this area. The content of the analysis part is specified subject of analysis, description of the methods (interview and document analysis) and interpretation of analysis results. The last part of the thesis gives recommendations for improving human potential development and conclusion.
