Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on more productive manufacturing technology of the specified component. It should be carried out by modifying machines, tools and cutting conditions, which has Armatury KLAD s.r.o. Introduction is devoted to presentation of company Armatury KLAD s.r.o and chosen component. Following is actual manufacturing process, which includes machines, tools and technological process. This technological process describes every single manufacturing operation. The following oves a proposal of a new technological process, which includes individual operation in a different order. It includes new tools, too. Aim is to reduce production times. Conclusion contains techno-economic comparison of new proposed production and actual production.
