Optimalizace tvaru tělesa světlometu za účelem snížení deformací po odlisování

Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on optimization shape of headlamp housing and lowering deformations after injection. The first part deals with the general process of plastic injection. In the next part, the construction principles for injection molded plastic parts are presented. Next chapter deals with plastics, polypropylenes and the particular PP-GF30 material used in this thesis. Further is this thesis about current solution and its problems. Subsequently, recommendations for reducing deformations and specific modifications to verify the accuracy of recommendations are described. In the final part of the thesis is an assessment of the benefits of individual modifications and a summary of tasks from the assignment.
