Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a production of UFG materials by SPD method focusing on Mg alloys and titanium. In the theoretical part are present of various methods of fine-grained materials production, especially ECAP method. In the next part of thesis are given application of magnesium and titanium. Following section describes Mg alloys and titanium with respect their application in industrial practice. In the experimental part of work is performed the hardness measurement of the AZ61 alloy in initial state and after individual passes through the ECAP tool. In the next part of work was performed the hardness measurement of AZ61 alloy after heat treatment for 36 hours. The metallographic analyzing of structure were performed in initial state and after individual passes through the ECAP tool. Conclusion of this thesis summarizes achieved results.
