Racionalizace procesu osvětlovací techniky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce analyzuje současný stav montáže konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu zabývajícího se výrobou světel a světelné techniky. Hlavním úkolem této práce je racionalizace výrobního procesu s cílem odhalení úspor času a finančních prostředků při montáži světelné techniky. V úvodní části práce je představen konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt, dále současný stav při montáži, navazující kapitoly se zaměřují na návrhy postupů racionalizace montážního procesu a nakonec budou shrnuty všechny výhody či nevýhody jednotlivých variant s výběrem té nejvhodnější z hlediska nákladů, efektivnosti výroby a objemu produkce.

Bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of assembling an actual business entity dealing in the production of lights and lighting technology. The main objective of this work is to rationalize the production process to detect saving time and money during installation of lighting technology. In the introductory part of the thesis is introduced specific business entity, as well as the current state of the assembly, subsequent chapters focus on the draft procedures and streamlining the assembly process will ultimately summarizes all the advantages and disadvantages of various options with the selection of the most appropriate in terms of cost, efficiency of production and volume of production.
