Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe and Company individual methods of training commercial pilots. The introduction will outline the history of training commercial pilots and today's requirements for future pilots. Another part of this thesis is focused mainly on the description of these individual methods of training. The structure of each method of training commercial pilots will be analyzed. The very end of the thesis evaluates these various methods of training for students and also for airline companies in terms of quality. It will also propose changes to improve the structure for training centers and for airline companies.
