Zhodnocení vnitřní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The objective of the work was to evaluate intra-company communication, which is further elaborated on two research questions: whether the company's internal communication is effective and whether intra-company communication affects employees as stress. In order to fulfill the goal, internal environment analysis, the questioning method and the testing of established hypotheses were used. Furthermore, theoretical starting points were presented to explain the terms contained in the thesis. Internal communication was assessed by partial analyzes and subsequently evaluated overall. Based on the evaluation, recommendations were proposed that the company could use to improve the examined aspects.
