Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a sensor subsystem that is used to test the propulsion of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create a system of sensors that can measure various physical quantities of the UAV propulsion. The sensor system that was designed in this bachelor's thesis provides a solid level of accuracy and reliability. One of the main elements is the measurement of propeller revolutions, which is a key parameter for the proper functioning of the UAV. In addition, this system of sensors makes it possible to read other quantities such as air density, pressure difference of the propeller propulsion and, for example, measurement of the electric power of the engine. The measurement subsystem also includes measurement chains and data acquisition in the MatLab and MatLab Simulink interface. The result of this bachelor's thesis is a sensor subsystem that will be used in UAV testing, research and development, allowing students and academics to accurately analyze propulsion behavior.
