Abstract

This diploma work deals with the training of employees of the Regional Office. The aim is to evaluate the education system to analyze the regional office. The theoretical part focuses on the education of employees in public administration, principles of public personnel administration, staff, relevant legislation and the education system. The practical part describes selected regional office focusing on the analysis of selected educational needs, from which it is designed training program. The conclusion is the education system assessed by criteria.
